100g | dark/milk chocolate bits | (200g

Beat butter, sugar and egg in small bowl with electric
mixer until
smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients; mix well. Roll tablespoon size
of mixture into balls, place about 5cm apart on greased oven trays,
flatten slightly with a fork. Bake in moderate oven about 15 minutes or
until browned. Stand for 5 minutes before lifting onto wire rack to
cool. |
